  • Coordinate and administer sales promotions in order to advertise a product and to maximize the profits of the organization's sales. Coordinate activities/projects with marketing department to enhance and maintain overall brand image and marketing consistency.

  • Assist in research, evaluation, and recommendation of enhancements to the products or services of the organization in terms of market positioning. Collaborate and work closely with internal and external marketing partners. Work with the media to promote the promotional agreements.

  • Establish and maintain lines of communication with all product managers, sales representatives, staff, and other departments, as well as appropriate external contacts in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.

  • Research potential partners such as regional businesses and organization in order to assist in the development of promotional campaigns.

  • Maintain ongoing achievement reports of all marketing collateral and advertising materials and other items as assigned for the purpose of developing exhibition marketing reports.

  • Assist in production of creative jobs by developing and adhering to timelines, routing tasks internally, and ensuring timely distribution of materials upon completion.

  • To maintain the database of current creative jobs including schedules, costs, and deliverables.

  • Assist in the organization and execution of media programs including submission of insertion orders and invoicing via accounts payable.

  • Take charge of presentation/detailing of product business to existing and prospective clients.

  • Consistent coordination skill related to the client status, development, and post-activity reports.
