Internet Radio Jobs description

An Internet radio professional works with programmers and the membership department as appropriated by the manager. An Internet radio professional solicits premiums from specified vendors (e.g. books from publishing companies); tracks efforts and follows up; and edits and produces recorded material for broadcast (if needed). An Internet radio professional may propose, develop, record, edit, and mix audio pieces involving poets and poetry. An Internet radio professional may also conduct research and conversations with poets and poetry organizations. An Internet radio professional maintains communication with local, national, and international news, and finds places of connection with programs. An Internet radio professional provides administrative support to managers and administration. An Internet radio professional generates and distributes reports including but not limited to billing, avails, affidavits, and contract confirmation.
A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required for an Internet radio job. Good communication skills are must for Internet radio jobs. Radio production skills, including audio editing using Adobe Audition, are desirable. An Internet radio professional must have ability to work with standard office equipment like fax machine, copier, etc.
