We are seeking a someone who will jump into our tight knit team which has a world- class established client list and help to grow the current client base and expand into new areas.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work in every aspect of production and post as needed to ensure the success of the project- Effectively participate in creative and conceptual brainstorming sessions. Execute concepts from planning to final production and delivery- Coordinate talent and scripts, create production schedules for studio, crew, creative and post-production- Edit footage according to storyboards, tight scripts, and brand guidelines, or with basic concepts and little direction- Help to conceptualize graphics- Collaborate with all team members- Assemble material into an assortment of deliverables ranging from nationally broadcast TV spots, to name-brand electronics product videos, to internal corporate sizzle videos- Communicate with team members to review weekly production reports, budgets, schedules, and creative briefs- Manage, schedule, and assign work to specified team members- Be an integral part of big-picture thinking and managing, as well as day-to-day work- Assemble and manage field crews- Post casting calls and audition talent- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and on- budget and video quality standards are met or exceeded- Review and approve outside vendor invoices, timesheet entries and expenses pertaining to jobs- Help grow and maintain the agency’s outsource network of contractors- Evaluate and implement new and innovative video production processes, tools and technologies that enable us to deliver cutting-edge programs for our clients- Communicate process improvements to the department and agency to better serve ourclients
**Skills And Qualifications**
- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment- Excellent problem-solving skills- Able to apply critical and strategic thinking- Stress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurate- Able to quickly understand new technology concepts- Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player- Flexibility, initiative, dedication and the ability to work with minimal supervision- Willingness to travel- A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well- informed, intelligent, confident and possessing common sense- A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator- Ability to runa camera and cut footage is a big bonus
- Bachelors degree or higher (will consider longer work history and/or certifications)- 3 years experience as digital or television producer and editor- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on-time and on- budget while providing a great customer experience- Strong understanding of graphic design, color correction, audio mixing, cutting music, motion graphics, etc. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere CC. (Final Cut, Avid, et al editors are welcome but will have to switch over to Premiere)- Comprehensive knowledge of A/V formats and compression- Proven success at high-quality production and storytelling- Extensive knowledge of all positions and responsibilities on set and in post production. Extensive knowledge of industry prices, trends, and personnel capabilities- Proven leadership and people skills- Proven experience working under tight deadlines- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling several ongoing tasks- Bonus points:
