A radio engineer ensures the network planning and optimization work progress in the responsible area is updated into the project management tools on time and accurate. A radio engineer communicates the management decision to the team member and network planning progress to regional project /implementation manager and network planning manager. A radio engineer supports the development of network planning and optimization process and procedure development. A radio engineer provides technical support and on-Job training to the planning engineer in the project. A radio engineer ensures the quality of work deliver by the planning team and partners achieved customer\'s expectation. A radio engineer develops and administers the engineering budget; provides guidance and prepares recommendations to the general manager regarding equipment acquisitions.
A radio engineer requires a bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering. A radio engineer should have basic familiarity with radio frequency test equipment. A radio engineer should have good communication, presentation and reporting skills. A radio engineer should have ability to liaise with other engineers from development, marketing, customer service, and production functions.
