FM Radio Jobs
An FM radio professional assists radio news & public affairs director in procuring premiums for membership drive. An FM radio professional assists membership coordinator with ordering and other tasks after the drive. An FM radio professional works closely with the radio news and public affairs director; with programmers as appropriated by the manager; and with membership department as directed. An FM radio professional solicits premiums from specified vendors (eg. books from publishing companies). An FM radio professional tracks efforts and follows up; edits and produces recorded material for broadcast (if needed); conducts ongoing research and conversations with customers; and coordinates the negotiation of suitable copy with corporate underwriting managers and client. An FM radio professional also provides administrative support to executive director of corporate underwriting. An FM radio professional generates and distributes reports including but not limited to billing, avails, affidavits, and contract confirmation.
A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required for an FM radio job. Good communication skills is a must for an FM radio jobs. An FM radio professional must have ability to work with standard office equipment like fax machine and copier etc. Some knowledge of public affairs issues and KBOO programming may be preferred for FM radio jobs.
