Job Profile
Legal Director, Integrated Consumer Experiences and Media Products and Solutions The candidate will partner with the ICE and Media business and product teams and provide legal support for all aspects of those business verticals. Will also work with customer and content solutions team, product development and engineering teams, sales, business executives and outside legal counsel. Perform complex product evaluations, make strategic product decisions, and develop creative solutions that are consistent with a wide range of globally applicable laws and regulations, as well as company's own high standards of quality and integrity. Handle customer care/abuse escalations, new market entries, global compliance, marketing and media initiatives. Serve as an advocate for all of these issues to potential stakeholders, including senior executives. Manage and handle transactions related to these initiatives and the ICE and Media suite of products and services. Work closely with the company's legal department to address issues such as privacy, security, intellectual property and litigation. Meet regularly with the ICE and Media business and product leaders. Cultivate and manage critical business relationships around the world, including senior executives, and serve as the primary legal contact for several internal clients.
